Go into the specific order that you wish to refund. Underneath the order information there is a line that shows the payment status. You'll see the successful payment and 2 options on the right side of your screen:
- Open up the Stripe Dashboard. This will take you to your Stripe where you can manage all charges & refunds.
- Refund the order directly in BentoBox.
When you select Refund a box will appear for you to add a note and the amount that you'd like to refund. You can issue a refund in full or for a portion of the charge. (For example, you didn't send a particular item in the store, so you're refunding a shirt).
Once you refund an item, your guest will be notified that they've been refunded.
