If you do have E-Commerce Modules (Online Ordering and/or Catering), you’ll be able to track the total number of diners in the Diner Database by:
First time diners*
Repeat diners**
Diners who have opted in to email and/or SMS marketing
Diners who have unsubscribed
*First Time Diners are customers that have placed an online order at this restaurant exactly once (Always shows All Time count).
**Repeat Diners are customers who have placed more than one online order (Always shows All Time count).
