Send an email to support@getbento.com with your restaurant name in the subject line. Please make sure to include your website’s URL and as much information as possible, including your browser and operating system.

Ask a Question from Your Account

Contact support from your BentoBox account. First, log in to BentoBox. At the bottom right corner of every page, you’ll see the “Help” icon.

Click on the icon and you can search the Help Center without leaving the backend, or just click “Contact us” to submit a request.

Submit a Request in the Help Center

Just click here to submit a request, or hit Contact Us at the top of the Help Center. It’s also very helpful to include screenshots as well as your Restaurant name. Click here for easy to follow instructions on how to take a screenshot. The more information you can share with us, the faster we’ll be able to help.
