Adding a reservation on the iPad

You can manually add a reservation on the Bento Book app by following these steps:

1. Click the + Book button at the top right corner.

   

2. Following the screen like a book: 

   1. Select party size

   2. Select date

   3. Select time slot

   4. Pre-assign the party a table (optional)

   5. Enter guest details (phone and/or email are required)

   6. Select tags (optional)

   7. Enter internal (not seen by guest) visit notes (optional)

   8. Enter 'taken by' initials (optional / can be set as mandatory)

3. Click 'Done' at the top right

   

4. The new reservation will now appear on your upcoming party list. To learn how to sort your party list, please click here!
