Troubleshooting - iPad(s) out of sync. 'Get All Operation Data' (iPad App)

Double-press the home button to bring up the running app list
Gesture the Bento Book app 'up' off the screen to kill it
Reopen the app and let it finish loading before performing the following:
Login to the Bento Book App
Access the Main Menu (3 bars at top left)
Select 'Settings'
Select 'Advanced Options' then 'System Admin Tasks'
Select the 2nd option - 'Get All Operational Data from Bento Book Cloud'
Perform Task
Do not exit this screen until you receive a 'task complete' message
Once complete, click 'Done' to return the the home screen.
