How to contact support

BentoBox support is here for you. Contact us from 9am-6pm EST, 7 days a week (excluding major holidays).

When contacting support, please include your restaurant’s URL, as well as your browser and operating system. It’s also very helpful to include screenshots. Click here for easy to follow instructions on how to take a screenshot. The more information you can share with us, the faster we’ll be able to help.

Via the BentoBox backend

Contact support right from the BentoBox backend. At the bottom right corner of every page in the backend, you’ll see a red “Help” icon.

Click on the icon and you can search the Help Center without leaving the backend, or just click “Contact us” to submit a request.

Just click here to submit a request. You can also click the “Submit a request” link at the top right corner of any page in the Help Center.
