Ask a Question by Email
Send an email to support@getbento.com with your restaurant name in the subject line. For support for digital products, please make sure to include your website’s URL and as much information as possible, including your browser and operating system.
For POS support, please be sure to include the merchant ID (MID) for your account in addition to all other relevant details.
Ask a Question from Your Account
Contact support from your account. First, log in to the backend. At the bottom right corner of every page, you’ll see the “Help” icon.
Click on the icon and you can search the Help Center without leaving the backend, or just click “Contact us” to submit a request.
Submit a Request in the Help Center
Just click here to submit a request, or hit Contact Us at the top of the Help Center. It’s also very helpful to include screenshots as well as your Restaurant name. Click here for easy to follow instructions on how to take a screenshot. The more information you can share with us, the faster we’ll be able to help.
