Ask a Question from Your Account
Contact support from your BentoBox account. First, log in to BentoBox. At the bottom right corner of every page, you’ll see the “Help” icon.
Click on the icon and you can search the Help Center without leaving the backend, or just click “Contact us” to submit a request.
Submit a Request in the Help Center
Just click here to submit a request. (You can also click the “Submit a request” link at the top right corner of any page in the Help Center.) Please include your restaurant’s URL, as well as your browser and operating system. It’s also very helpful to include screenshots. Click here for easy to follow instructions on how to take a screenshot. The more information you can share with us, the faster we’ll be able to help.
