How to Download Bento Book (iPad App)

Bento Book can be downloaded directly to your iPad via the App Store.

Bento Book is a native iOS Application. To help you get started, we've outlined the hardware required and technical specifications for the app below. Please note, we do not support Android devices at this time.

iPad Specifications:

  • Wi-Fi-enabled iPad on iOS 10.1 + Required

    • Standard iPad or iPad Air with at least 16 GB is recommended for most restaurants

    • You can use an older device, however, we cannot guarantee system performance

  • The iPad Pro is recommended for high-volume restaurants

  • iPad can have MDM (mobile device management) installed and restrictions turned on (however, system updates will be affected)

    • Will require turning off auto-updates

    • You are responsible for installing updates

Can I use more than one iPad?

Yes, you can connect as many iPads as you'd like, and they will sync in real time! This means you can have your host take walk-in bookings and seat parties while your floor manager updates table states - giving you visibility across the restaurant.

Your username/password will be the same across all devices.
