Every product in your BentoBox store has an associated fulfillment method(s). You must assign one fulfillment method to every item in your store before you can assign additional/specialized fulfillment methods. You can set multiple fulfillment methods per product.
Choosing Fulfillment Methods
This is used for in store items available for pick up by the customer. You can adjust the pick up information on the checkout page by going to Store Settings.
Checkout for Pick Up items includes:
- Pick Up Information
- Special Requests Open Field
Depending on your tier, you'll have the option to offer pick up at specific locations. (See Catering Settings)
This is used for items that will be mailed out. You can adjust the shipping rates by going to the Shipping Settings.
Checkout for Mail Order Items includes:
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
This is for items that can be delivered locally. This is primarily used for Catering Store items, but can also be used for regular store items.
Checkout for Local Delivery includes:
- Delivery Times
- Delivery Days
- Special Instructions
Depending on your tier, you'll have another set of options available to you. If you're on the Platinum tier, you can set additional parameters like blackout dates, delivery windows, enable tipping and more through your Catering Settings.
