To make changes to a catering product go into your BentoBox back end and click on Catering under the Store heading on the left hand sidebar. Then you can access the catering product you need to edit by clicking the pencil icon.
Clicking the Settings modal in the right column gives you access to publish or unpublish a product from your store. If a product is unpublished, it will be removed from your store in the front end. You can also set a publish or unpublish date for products that you are only offering for a specific duration of time.
You can also update the slug, which will change the look of the permalink to that particular product. For example, if you sell coffee in your catering store, and the slug set to “coffee,” the permalink will display as /store/product/coffee/.
On this page you can change the name of the product, select fulfillment method options, and select the categories where you want this item to show up on your catering menu. You can also add a product description as well as an image(s).

Sales Tax Product Category
Here you can choose what type of tax will be applied to the item. For prepared food items intended for consumption, we recommend selecting the option “Prepared Foods (on-site consumption)”.
Product Lead Time
Product lead time ensures that a guest cannot order an item sooner than it can be prepared.
For ex. Restaurant needs 48 hours to smoke and grill their BBQ ribs. Guests are not able to set a pickup or delivery date before 48 hours.
