If a guest has not received their digital gift card, there are a few ways to resend it to your guests!
Resend the original gift card code via BentoBox
- Click “Orders” on the left hand side navigation, locate the gift card that needs to be resent.
- Open the ticket for that gift card, then click “resend email.”
- This will resend to the email on file. If they have entered their email incorrectly, you can also update their email address by following these steps. Don’t forget to click “done” to save the changes.
Void their original gift card and send a promotional gift card
If your customer is still having issues receiving the digital gift card, you should void their original digital gift card and send a promotional gift card to either yourself or a different email address.
