Connecting your BentoBox Locations to Facebook

To see your location details on Facebook, you’ll need to connect your Facebook account with the restaurant page to BentoBox.

  1. Log in to the BentoBox platform and click on “Integrations” in the main navigation.

  2. Under the “Social” section, click the “Connect” button next to Facebook.

    1. If you already have Facebook connected for publishing posts, make sure the restaurant page is on the same account. If not, you will have to disconnect and log into the account with the restaurant page associated.

  3. Within the Facebook sign-in window, confirm the account that has the claimed restaurant pages tied to your locations and enter your login credentials.

  4. Click accept to allow BentoBox access to your Facebook restaurant page. Doing so correctly will allow your facebook pages to appear in BentoBox for syncing.

  5. After the account has been connected, In the main navigation, click on “LocalSync” to start setting up your locations.

  6. Choose the location that needs to connect to the right Facebook page, click the blue “Manage” button.

  7. Under the Settings tab, click the “Connect” button next to Facebook.

  8. When you click the “Choose Page” dropdown, you will see your Facebook pages. Select the one you want to connect to your BentoBox location and click “Continue”.

  9. Confirm that your location details on the previous two tabs are accurate and up to date.  

    • Click here for instructions on adding and editing location details.

  10. Click “Back” to return to the LocalSync homepage.

  11. If you have other locations that need to be connected to Facebook, complete steps 5 through 9 for that location.

  12. Click “Sync Now” to connect your BentoBox location(s) to Facebook.

  13. Your location data should now be synced to Facebook!
