How to activate a client's subscription

In order to launch your website on BentoBox, you'll need an active subscription. To activate a subscription, you can follow these steps.

1. Log into the Expert Dashboard (https://getbento.com/bentobox/experts/login)

2. Once you're there, find the account that is ready to go live. Click into the Website Settings.

3. Within Website Settings, you'll be able to manage all parts of the website. Navigate Settings to manage the TLD, Domain Name, and Subscription.

4. Ensure that the right subscription is applied and click the Initial Request link. This will create a Getting Started URL that you can send directly to your client.

5. After this is completed, you'll be notified and ready to launch the website.
