Introduction to Online Waitlist

BentoBox Online Waitlist allows diners to join your waitlist directly from your website!

To enable the Online Waitlist, navigate to your Reservation Locations Settings.

Once the Online Waitlist is toggled ON, diners will be able to join the waitlist. Please note, the “Join Waitlist” button will only appear if there is an active waitlist. Otherwise, diners will be able to select available reservations. 

If Reservations are not available and no one is on your waitlist, diners will see your “Waitlist is Closed” message, which can be edited in Reservation Locations Settings.
