Integration
Do I need to use Clover as my Point of Sale to integrate payment processing via Clover?
No. Clover is simply who is processing payments behind the scenes. If you are using another Point of Sale you will still be able to seamlessly connect, take payments, and track all of your activity.
How long does it take to receive funding for my transactions?

How much does it cost to use the payment processing via Clover?
Outside of your BentoBox subscription and per transaction processing fee, there are no additional charges associated with using the payment processing powered by Clover.
Refunds
How do I process refunds when integrated with payments?
This process will remain unchanged. Refunds will still be processed within BentoBox and you can follow the existing process outlined in this article. Refunds will also be reflected in the corresponding transaction in the Clover Dashboard.
It is important to note that for Online Orders, we are currently unable to process partial refunds when integrated with payment processing via Clover. Please refer to this article for additional information on processing refunds for online orders within Clover.
How are disputes and chargebacks handled with payment processing via Clover?
Customers who have used their card at your business can dispute a transaction for a variety of reasons. Customers contact their card issuer which results in Clover sending you a message asking for your response. Sales Reports
How can I view a sales report in my Clover Dashboard?
Log into the Clover dashboard and select the "Reporting" option on the left hand-side navigation.Â
Here you will find the information for all sales made. The Sales Report has multiple sections which report sales data from the selected date range and is a quick way for you to gain insight into your orders by exporting an easy-to-read CSV report that breaks down:Â
Gross Sales
Discounts
Refunds
Net Sales
Non-revenue Items
Gift Card Activations
Taxes & Fees
Tips
Service ChargesÂ
The total amount collected
This information will also be divided by tender and card type.Â
How can I export my Sales Report via Clover?Â
Log in into the Clover dashboard.Â
Click on the Reporting section and select Sales Report.Â
Select the date range, employees, order types, and devices that you wish to export a sales report and click on Export found at the top left corner.Â
The Sales Report will automatically download.Â
How do I export the Sales Tax Report via Clover?Â
Log in into the Clover dashboard.Â
Click on the Reporting section and select Taxes.Â
Select the date range that you wish to export a taxes report and click on Export found at the top left corner.Â
The Taxes Report will automatically download.Â
