What happens if my credit card payment to BentoBox fails?

Our system will retry your card 3 times over a 10-day period and will send an automated email to the main contact each time. (Instructions on how to update your credit card and contact information) If the card fails on the final retry, your account will be marked as "delinquent" and our Billing team will continue to reach out to you to update your payment information.

At Day 21, your website will be taken down however, you will still have access to your backend. If we have still not received payment by Day 45, your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to access your backend.
