If you need to update the bank account where your funds are deposited, our team is here to help. For security and compliance reasons, bank account updates cannot be made directly through your dashboard.
What You Need to Know
You cannot update your bank information on your own.
All updates must be handled by our internal team to ensure accuracy and security.
How to Request a Bank Account Update
To update your bank account, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact our Support team with the following information:
Bank Name
Routing Number (ABA)
Account Number (DDA)
Bank Address and Zip Code (recommended for accuracy)
Once we receive your request, our team will process the update and confirm once it’s complete.
