Table View vs Check View
Table Map View
This view displays all tables across dining sections. It’s most commonly used by servers to monitor table status and manage open checks.Check View
This view shows all open checks, regardless of table. It’s especially useful for bartenders or staff managing multiple orders at once.
Using Floor Cues to Improve Service
Table Cues help set the pace of the dining room. They’re designed to be intuitive and proactive, guiding staff behavior in real time. Table Cues also support staff training by providing direction without requiring captains or managers to step in, making it easier to maintain consistent service standards across shifts.
If a table does not have any check activity for too long at the beginning of service, a Floor Cue (clock icon) appears. The cue will disappear once an item has been fired.
This visual reminder prompts servers to check in, take orders, or assist guests, helping ensure no table is overlooked during service.
Default trigger time: 60 seconds, but this can be adjusted based on operational needs in the Dashboard.
