If you try to log in and receive an error message, try the options below.
Check your email address.
If you tried to log in but received an error message that says "We could not find a user with that email address,” then the email that you entered is not associated with a BentoBox account.
Try logging in with another email address if you have more than one.
Reset your password.
If you tried to log in but received an error message that says "We could not log you in. Please check your email and password,” then your email address is in our system but you have either misentered or forgotten your password.
Try re-entering the password. If you are still unable to log in, you can use the “Forgot password?” link on the login screen. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, you can login with the new password.
Alternatively, you can go to your website URL followed by "/auth/password_reset" and it will prompt you to the password reset screen
