When you mark an item as fulfilled, this means 2 things:
- This removes the alert notification within BentoBox
- Your customer will get a confirmation email of the fulfilled order
How to mark an item as fulfilled
- Go to "Store" > "Orders"
- Select your specific fulfilled order.
- To mark it as fulfilled, hit the button "Marked as Fulfilled," which will update the status of the order.
When you mark an item as fulfilled, your guest will be notified via email that your product has been shipped or has been purchased.
Please note: restaurants are responsible for the fulfillment of orders.
