Why is my website down?
Edited

Check the following steps to get your site up and running.

Disconnected account or failed payment

Your account may be disconnected if your last payment did not go through.

Click here for more information on what happens to failed payments

To update your billing information and pay with a different credit card, you'll be able to do that by going to your account settings in the backend.

If you do not have access to your backend, please email support@getbento.com and we'll be happy to help you update your payment information. You can also send us the best number to reach you at and we'll have someone from our team help you as soon as possible.

Expired Domain

While we do provide website hosting (making your site accessible on the internet), we don’t manage domain renewals.

You will need to go to your domain provider to renew your domain.

When your domain registration expires and you renew it again, it might take some time for DNS updates to propagate throughout the entire internet, just like when we first launched the new site.

DNS Records Don't Match

Make sure your domain records are pointing to our servers. Visit the following link on how to launch your site for additional reference.

Wifi Error

Check your website on a different connection to ensure the error is not related to your internet service.

If your website just went live under one week of time, check on a different internet connection to ensure this is not related to your browser's cache.
