How to log into the backend

Logging in to the backend is easy. Just navigate to your site’s homepage, then add /bentobox to the end of the URL.   

If your URL is http://www.restaurant.com/, you’d just navigate to http://www.restaurant.com/bentobox to get to the login screen. If your site is not yet live, just navigate to http://restaurant.getbento.com/bentobox to get to the login screen.

 You will land on the login page. Note that if you have recently logged in on this device, you may be taken straight to the Dashboard.  

There are two ways to log in to the dashboard. 

Clover SSO

By clicking Continue with Clover, you will be redirected to the Clover dashboard where you will sign in. Once logged in, you will select your merchant, and you will then be redirected back to the BentoBox dashboard. 

Two-Factor Authentication

If you log in with your email address and password for the first time, you will be prompted to set up Two-factor Authentication. Proceed by clicking Set Up, sending a code, and inputting the code you receive in your email. The code is valid for 15 minutes.

Once confirmed, you will be directed to the dashboard of your website. If the 15 minutes passes, you can resend a new code by clicking Resend Code.
