Guest Experience - Takeout & Delivery
In Takeout & Delivery, your guests can see and order from your menu in a streamlined view. They choose a time and date, and see the menu available at that time.
Menus can be setup to be available at different times of the day. Customers will need to seelct their Pickup/Delivery time before placing their order, which enables them to see the menu that is available at time of fulfilment.
If there are more than 20 items in your Online Ordering store, guests will see a search bar next to your menu sections. This will allow guests to more easily search for items without having to type in an exact match.Â
Diners will be able to see available promo codes at the top of their screen, encouraging them to use available deals.
Items may have various modifiers for customers to select and customize their order. For larger orders, there is an Order Made For field as well to indicate the person who ordered it.
When viewing their cart, diners may see items in the People Also Ordered section, prompting them to add on either Best Seller items or items you have selected to promote.
Ordering and payment happen up front, freeing your team up to focus on fulfillment.

The top color band, header image, and your logo can all be customized to your brand.
Customers will have a few seconds after placing their order during which they are able to cancel or modify their order if they need to. This will happen on the screen after completing the order.
